Wading Birds series 2
Series 2 - Five Favourite Wading Birds on salvaged timber blocks
For this series I made the scene abstract, but the birds real and recognisable.
So I made the birds slightly transparent, almost ghost-like, so the chunky textured background and the fine detailed bird would work in harmony.
Each block is a different size, with the pied stilts being quite wide:
Spoonbill 1: 83mm w x 420mm tall
White Heron: 83mm w x 460mm tall
Spoonbill 2: 93mm w x 390mm tall
Little Shag: 93mm w x 415mm tall
Pied Stilt: 130mm w x 420mm tall
