STORY
This series was 'conceived' around Christmas time as many of the shore bird chicks started to appear around the inlet/s. Their mums are just as proud and protective as we are!, so I wanted the mums to feature with their chick.
The chicks start off as a tawny ball of fluffy cuteness, and as they mature they take on their distinctive features and colors. This wee cutie looking over at mum is a kid - a mini me!
This print has been varnished with a professional canvas coating formulated to protect, preserve and enhance fine art printing. The coating will increase resistance to fading and help protect the image from moisture and abrasion.
