We courier artwork with New Zealand Post as our first choice. Original paintings and fine art prints are carefully and safely packaged here in the studio and tracked couriered to you using New Zealand Post. It takes just a few days to reach you inside New Zealand.
For people who live around Nelson, New Zealand, you can pick up the art, or we may be able to drop it off to you. In that case there's no shipping cost at all, or shipping timeframes to worry about.

Same as above, but allow around 15 working days. For shipping internationally we'll get a quote from the appropriate carrier. Once we have arranged the shipping quote, we'll let you know when to expect it to be delivered.

RETURN POLICY
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please be sure before you purchase. If you live locally, or visit Nelson, you are very welcome to make an appointment and see the art before you buy it.
Please contact us immediately if the work has arrive damaged. We will do our absolute best to solve the problem. We will ask for photos and work with you to fix the issue, or replace/swap it if possible (one-off art works aren't easily replaced).
A returned art work must be in its original packaging, and you must make contact with us within 5 days of receiving the artwork.
Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable) -
Artworks are one-offs, so we can't offer exchanges, but if disaster strikes (as above) we'll communicate with you and do our best to make things right. There may be another piece available, or we can discuss a new work.
Refunds (if applicable) -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if a refund is payable, when it will be it will be processed.
